PERFORMANCE MATTERS

The sole purpose of the AnyUp training plan is to improve your athletic performance.


EFFECTIVE BODYWEIGHT TRAINING

- AnyUp training improves your fitness in terms of strength, endurance and mobility.
- To this effort the plan relies on high intensity workouts based on functional movements
- Nevertheless proper technique comes first
- Workouts are completed either on time, or by doing as many repetitions as possible in a fixed time (AMRAP)
- All exercises are done with your bodyweight only
- Therefore many workouts can be done at home


EVERY DAY A WORKOUT

- Every day, a new workout will be provided via the app
- The training plan is set-up in a way that allows for training every day
- However, for sufficient recovery we recommend two days of rest per week


INCLUDING WARMUP AND MOBILITY

- We want to prepare you as good as possible for our demanding workouts
- Therefore every workout includes an individual warmup
- In addition, we recommend suitable mobility drills (mainly static and dynamic stretching)


SCALABLE EXERCISES

- Our program is suitable for both ambitious athletes, as well as beginners who want to improve their fitness
- All workouts can be adjusted to your individual fitness level
- If you are not yet able to do the prescribed exercise while adhering to its standards, you can choose an easier alternative (scaling)
- For all exercises and mobility drills we provide videos showing proper technique and demonstrating the exercise standards required for a valid repetition
- So you could do push-ups on your knees, instead of a normal push-ups for example


COMPETE WITH FRIENDS

- All workouts have a results and hence provide a measure of your fitness
- This allows for tracking your progress by repeating benchmark workouts from time to time that are part of the regular programming
- In addition, you can compete with other athletes and friends from across the globe
